Policy and claims, without the leakage
Every hand-off between quote, policy, claim and broker is a place where data is re-keyed, a decision waits, and margin quietly leaves.
Insurers rarely lose money on the risk they priced. They lose it in the handling — in documents read by people, decisions waiting on data, and a customer who exists three times under two spellings.
What we bring, and what it changes
Policy, claims and broker systems each hold their own version of the same customer, and every manual hand-off between them is somewhere leakage can start.

Re-keyed submissions
Broker submissions arriving as email, spreadsheets and PDFs, then typed into the underwriting system by someone already holding a queue.
Claims hand-offs
Each step of a claim owned by a different system, so most of the cycle time is spent waiting rather than working.
Duplicate customers
The same policyholder held separately per product, which makes cross-sell guesswork and service an apology.
Late signal
Fraud, subrogation and reserve patterns found in the quarterly review rather than while the claim is still open.

- Claims management and the claims supply chain
- Broker, agent and MGA channels
- Document capture and ACORD data
- Billing, collections and reinsurance

Taking the manual steps out of a claim
Capture as data
Submissions and first notification landing structured, whatever form they arrived in.
Route by rule
Straight through where the case allows it, and to a person where it genuinely needs one.
Join the record
One customer across products, with the resolution rules explicit rather than assumed.
Measure the cycle
Time spent in each step made visible, so the queue that is actually costing money is the one that gets fixed.
What insurers ask first
Do we have to replace the policy administration system?
Rarely as a first move. Most of the measurable leakage sits in the traffic between systems and in the manual steps around them, and that can be addressed without touching the administration platform.
Can documents really be automated?
The structured majority, yes — ACORD forms, schedules, loss runs and standard submissions. We design the exception path from the start, because the value comes from routing the hard cases to people rather than pretending they do not exist.
Where does AI actually help?
In triage and pattern-finding: ranking claims for review, flagging inconsistency, and surfacing reserve movements early. Decisions carrying a regulatory obligation stay with the underwriter or adjuster, with the reasoning recorded.
