Every agent sees the whole customer, on every channel
Service Cloud built around your queues, channels and service levels — case management, omni-channel routing, knowledge and field service, with AI agents taking the questions that do not need a person.
Service quality is decided in the first minute of a case: whether it reached the right person, and whether that person could see everything already known. That is what we configure Service Cloud to get right.
One console for every case
The four areas every Service Cloud engagement covers, sized to your volumes and your service commitments.
Case management & entitlements
Cases captured from email, web, messaging and phone; queues and record types per team; and entitlements and milestones that measure every case against the service level you sold.
Omni-channel routing
Work routed by skill, capacity and priority across every channel, so the next case goes to the agent best placed to close it — not to whoever happens to pick it up.
Service console & knowledge
A console that puts history, orders and open issues beside the case, and a knowledge base agents write into as they work — published to customers where it helps them serve themselves.
Field Service & AI service agents
Scheduling, dispatch and a mobile app for the work that happens on site, and Agentforce service agents that resolve routine requests and hand over to a person with the context attached.
From service model to go-live
Map channels and service levels
Where requests arrive, who handles them, and the response and resolution times you commit to.
Design queues and routing
Queues, skills and routing rules modelled on real case volumes rather than on the org chart.
Build the console
Layouts, macros, quick actions and knowledge configured with your agents, then tested on real cases.
Connect the channels
Email-to-case, web and in-app messaging, and telephony through Service Cloud Voice or your existing contact center platform.
Launch and tune
Go-live by team or by channel, then routing and knowledge refined against the first weeks of data.
Where Service Cloud reaches
An agent can only resolve what they can see, so the console is connected to the systems that hold the answer.
- Telephony and contact center platforms
- Order, billing and ERP systems
- Web, in-app, SMS and WhatsApp messaging
- Experience Cloud help centers and portals
- Slack for swarming on complex cases
- Data Cloud for a unified customer profile
Before you start
Can Service Cloud work with our existing phone system?
Usually, yes. Service Cloud Voice brings telephony into the console, and most established contact center platforms offer a Salesforce connector. We assess which route fits your setup during discovery.
Where do AI agents fit?
On the routine, well-documented requests first — order status, resets, appointment changes. Agentforce answers from your knowledge and records, and hands the case to a person, with the conversation attached, when it should.
Do we need Field Service?
Only if your service involves technicians or site visits. If it does, scheduling and the mobile app are usually where the largest time savings are.
