ERP and CRM services

The systems of record are where a company writes down what it sells, what it owns and who it owes. Everything else in the estate is downstream of getting them right.

SalesforceNetSuiteDynamics 365SAPIntegration

We implement, customize, integrate and support the platforms your business runs on — CRM, ERP and the connections between them — as one practice, because a sales process that ends at an order and a finance process that starts at one cannot be designed by two separate teams.

Platforms

Where the work lands

Deep benches on four platforms, and the integration practice that joins whichever two of them you run.

Salesforce

Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce and Community Cloud — implementation, Lightning migration, custom development, admin support and third-party integration.

NetSuite

Cloud ERP across finance, inventory, order management and e-commerce, including OneWorld multi-subsidiary rollouts and SuiteApp development.

Dynamics 365

Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Supply Chain, with Power Platform automation and Dataverse extensions around them.

SAP

Support, extension and integration work across SAP landscapes, including the interfaces that connect them to everything else.

CPQ & Order Management

Quote-to-cash designed once across the CRM and the ERP, so pricing, approvals and revenue recognition agree.

Cross-Platform Integration

The middleware, EDI feeds and APIs that keep customer, product and order data consistent between the two systems of record.

Offerings

What we are engaged to do

Implementation

How a platform programme runs

  1. Process first

Map the process as it is and as it should be, before deciding what the platform will be asked to do.

  2. Fit and gap

Standard functionality against requirement, with every proposed customization justified in writing.

  3. Configure and build

Iterative delivery with the business seeing working software, not a specification, at each checkpoint.

  4. Migrate

Data cleansed, mapped, loaded and reconciled in rehearsal before the cutover weekend.

  5. Adopt and support

Training, hypercare and a standing support arrangement once the project team stands down.

FAQs

What buyers ask before committing

Can you help us choose between platforms?

Yes, and we do it before any implementation conversation. Selection is scored against your processes, integration landscape, total cost over five years and the skills you can realistically hire or retain.

We already have an implementation partner. Can you work alongside them?

Often. Integration, data migration and post-go-live support are the areas where a second team most commonly adds value without duplicating work, and the responsibilities are agreed in writing up front.

How much customization is too much?

Our rule is that a customization has to be defended by a process that genuinely differentiates the business. Everything else gets configured to the standard, because customization is paid for again at every upgrade.

What does support look like after go-live?

A named administrator and functional consultant, agreed response times by severity, a backlog reviewed on a regular cadence, and a quarterly release rather than a stream of untracked changes.
